Deposit Policy

• A minimum deposit of $50 is required as an advance payment to secure your appointment.

• Deposits are non-refundable, but can be applied to a rescheduled service if notice is given within 48 hours.

• The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

How to Book

• Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person at our Randolph or Braintree locations.

• A minimum deposit of $50 is required as an advance payment to secure your spot.

• Deposits can be paid via Cash, Zelle, CashApp, or Venmo at 857-753-7064.

• After sending your deposit through Zelle, CashApp, or Venmo, please send a screenshot of the payment along with your name and appointment date to confirm your booking.

• The remaining balance is due the day of your appointment.

Adult Services

• Available for women and men seeking protective styles, braiding, natural hair care, hydration steam treatments, and more.

• Please arrive with clean, detangled hair unless a wash is included in your service.

Kids’ Services

• Dedicated section for children’s styles.

• To ensure comfort, please prepare children’s hair (clean and detangled) before their service.

Guests & Lounge Area

• Kids and guests are always welcome at Nadege Creation.

• We provide a comfortable lounge area where family or friends can relax while you enjoy your service.

Style Inspiration

• To help us serve you better, please browse our Gallery section before booking.

• Choosing an inspiration style from our gallery makes it easier to discuss your vision and ensures you get the look you truly want.

• You are welcome to bring your own reference photos as well.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a future appointment.

• No-shows or late cancellations will result in a forfeited deposit.

• Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

• We allow a 10-minute grace period for appointments.

• Arrivals later than this may need to be rescheduled, and deposits will not be refunded.
