🛍️ Return Eligibility

We accept returns only for:

  • Unopened and unused hair or beauty products.

  • Non-personalized items (no custom wigs, styled hair, or opened treatments).

  • Requests made within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in its original packaging.

  • Must include receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Item must be shipped back at your expense unless defective.

 

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used hair products

  • Hair bundles, wigs, or extensions that have been altered or worn

  • Final sale items or promotional products

  • Gift cards and digital services (e.g., consultations)

 

💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you via email or text if your refund is approved or rejected.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund will be credited to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if:

  • They arrive defective, damaged, or wrong item shipped.

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

 

 

💳 Restocking Fee

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns unless the item was defective or an error was made on our end.
