Welcome to Nadege Creation. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our services, including salon bookings, product purchases, and website usage. By using our website or booking services, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

 

1. General Information

Nadege Creation operates two salon locations in:

  • Randolph, MA

  • South Shore Plaza – Braintree, MA (2nd floor, across from Old Navy)

We also provide online sales of haircare products via our website.

 

2. Bookings and Appointments

  • Appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking platform.

  • A deposit may be required to confirm certain services.

  • Please review all service descriptions before booking.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

  • No-shows may be subject to full charge or loss of future booking privileges.

 

3. Product Orders

  • All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

  • Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

 

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

5. Shipping Policy

  • We currently ship within the USA only.

  • Flat rate shipping: $14.99

  • Free shipping on orders over $250

  • Local Pickup is available at both of our salon locations (Randolph & Braintree). Please wait for pickup confirmation before arriving.

 

6. Return and Refund Policy

  • All sales are final, unless otherwise stated.

  • If a product is defective or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Approved returns must be sent back within 14 days of receiving approval.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receiving the returned product.

  • A restocking fee of $10 may apply in certain cases.
