Nadege Creation is a Haitian entrepreneur, celebrity hairstylist, and proud mother of three whose journey from Port-au-Prince to the beauty industry’s global stage is nothing short of inspiring. After immigrating to the United States in 2007, she built a legacy rooted in resilience, creativity, and community — all while raising a family and empowering others through her craft.

Today, Nadege is the founder and owner of two thriving beauty salons:

• Nadege Creation – Randolph, MA

• Nadege Creation – South Shore Plaza, Braintree, MA (2nd floor, across from Old Navy)

Her salons are recognized not only for their multicultural expertise in protective hairstyles, natural hair care, and hydration steam treatments using her own Bio-15 natural product line, but also for their warm, inclusive environment.

As a mother, Nadege understands how important it is for children to feel safe, comfortable, and celebrated. That’s why her salons include a welcoming lounge area for families and provide a nurturing space where kids enjoy being serviced. She has also made accessibility and inclusivity a cornerstone of her vision — ensuring that clients with disabilities are fully supported and that the LGBTQ+ community always feels respected and embraced.

Beyond her salons, Nadege’s artistry has taken her backstage at New York Fashion Week, where she has styled designers, models, and influencers — showcasing her vision on some of the world’s biggest stages. Yet her true mastery lies in her ability to transform lives through intentional beauty: giving every client the confidence to step fully into their identity.

Rooted in her Haitian heritage and passion for community, Nadege continues to mentor aspiring stylists, spotlight local talent, and champion Black women in entrepreneurship.
